Instructions:
Soak the chicken gizzards in cold water for 2-3 hours, rinse, and place them in the crockpot.
Grate the carrot and parsley or celery root on a coarse grater.
Dice the onion into small cubes.
Mix all the vegetables and place them in the crockpot on top of the gizzards.
Pour sour cream and melted oil over the vegetables.
Close the crockpot tightly with a lid and place it in an oven preheated to 160°C (320°F) for 3-4 hours. After 2 hours, take the crockpot out, season with salt and pepper, and return it to the oven to continue cooking.

Ingredients:
1.2 kg chicken fillet
1.5 cups long-grain rice
4 onions
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp soy sauce

Dice the onion and garlic into small cubes.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
Marinate the meat: add onion, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt to the fillet. Mix everything, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Rinse the rice and place it in the crockpot. Add cold water so that the water level is 1-1.5 cm (0.5-0.6 inches) above the level of the rice.
Add the marinated fillet along with the juices that have formed.

700 g carp or pike fillet
1 cup long-grain rice
