Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between you (hereinafter — "User") and PROFIT MEDIA SOLUTIONS GROUP LLC (identification code 46015458), the founder of the online media Gosta Media (hereinafter — "Portal", "we", "our"), regarding the use of the website gosta.ua and its sections.

By using the Portal, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please discontinue use of the Portal.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Gosta Media Portal is a registered online media entity (media identifier R40-06647), operating in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Media" and other applicable Ukrainian legislation.

1.2. The Portal is available in two languages — Ukrainian (primary) and English. Both language versions are fully functional and interconnected, yet operate as independent versions of the Portal.

1.3. These Terms apply to all sections and pages of the Portal, including mobile versions.

2. Age Restrictions

2.1. General access to the Portal is permitted for individuals aged 16 and older. By using the Portal, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

2.2. Certain sections of the Portal contain age-restricted content in accordance with Ukrainian legislation:

  • Content marked 18+ is accessible only to individuals aged 18 and older.
  • Content related to gambling is accessible exclusively to individuals aged 21 and older, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Activities Related to the Organization and Conduct of Gambling."

2.3. The Portal may use technical measures to verify a User's age before granting access to age-restricted content.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All materials published on the Portal (texts, images, graphics, logos, design, software code, databases) are subject to copyright and/or related rights and belong to PROFIT MEDIA SOLUTIONS GROUP LLC or their respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.

3.2. The trademark "gosta" is protected by Ukrainian trademark certificate No. 366611 (Nice Classification classes 35, 42), valid until December 20, 2033. Use of the trademark without written permission is prohibited.

3.3. Reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, or any other use of the Portal's materials without prior written consent of the Editorial Team is prohibited, except in cases expressly provided by law.

3.4. Quoting of the Portal's materials is permitted to the extent justified by the purpose of the quotation, provided that the source is indicated and an active hyperlink to the corresponding page on gosta.ua is included.

4. Portal Content

4.1. The Portal's materials are informational in nature and do not constitute professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise). We recommend consulting a qualified professional before making decisions based on published materials.

4.4. The Portal may contain links to external websites. The Gosta Media Editorial Team is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or activities of such websites.

5. Comments and User Content

5.1. The Portal provides Users with the ability to leave comments on materials. By commenting, the User agrees to comply with the Community Guidelines.

5.2. Registration is not required for commenting. The system automatically assigns the User an anonymous nickname.

5.3. By publishing a comment, the User grants the Gosta Media Editorial Team a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish that comment on the Portal and related resources.

5.4. The User bears full responsibility for the content of their comments. Comments that violate the Community Guidelines or applicable law may be removed by the Editorial Team without prior notice.

5.5. The Portal uses automated verification tools to detect spam, profanity, and other prohibited content in comments.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1. By using the Portal, the User agrees not to engage in actions that:

  • violate applicable Ukrainian or international law;
  • infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties;
  • contain malicious software or code;
  • create excessive load on the Portal's infrastructure;
  • involve unauthorized access to the Portal's systems;
  • involve automated data collection (scraping, crawling) without written permission from the Editorial Team;
  • mislead other Users regarding the identity or authority of the User.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Portal is provided on an "as is" basis. The Gosta Media Editorial Team makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation of the Portal, absence of errors, or the Portal's suitability for any particular purpose.

7.2. The Gosta Media Editorial Team shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Portal.

7.3. The Gosta Media Editorial Team shall not be liable for the actions or content of third parties to which the Portal links or with which it interacts.

8. Privacy and Cookies

8.1. By using the Portal, the User agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

9.1. The Gosta Media Editorial Team reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect upon its publication on this page.

9.2. The date of the last revision is indicated at the beginning of this document. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically.

9.3. Continued use of the Portal after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

10.2. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Portal shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court at the location of PROFIT MEDIA SOLUTIONS GROUP LLC.
